OUTSOURCED ACCOUNTING SERVICES

ACCOUNTING

Our primary area of practice since our inception is to take up book keeping services (accounting) and finance functions outsourcing wherein we are very flexible with client requirements w.r.t. their requirement of resources (Daily/3 days a week/4 days a month etc) and their budgets. We handle accounts at client place or at our offline depending on quantum of transactions and complexity.

We master accounting in Tally ERP, Quickbooks, Zoho Books and SAP.

MIS REPORTING

One of our standout services is to enable and support management in decision making, we achieve this by weekly/monthly review of accounts, trend analysis, identifying the red flags and communicating the same to the management in simple, easy to understand and yet detailed formats. These formats are amended/updated on time to time basis based on management’s requirements and suggestions. This enables us to aid the management in proactive decision making, budgeting, planning for future growth and optimization of resources.

HANDLING STATUTORY COMPLIANCES

We expertise in ensuring timely, accurate and complete compliance with all statutory requirements. When we take up outsourcing of entire finance function we also take care of ensuring all statutory compliances are complied with on timely basis. We mainly take up GST Filings, TDS filings, Profession Tax Filings, Provident Fund Payments and all other statutory compliances.

PROCESSES AND TAX COMPLIANCES

GST

Timely return filing of monthly GSTR 3B and monthly/quarterly GSTR 1 as mandated under various GST acts. In addition to this we also can consult/support in taking up new GST registrations, surrendering GSTN, filing belated returns and cancelling registration, filing GST Refunds due to inverted schemes or other reasons, annual filing of GSTR 9 and conducting GST Audits as per form GSTR9C.

TDS

Reviewing monthly payments and processing the payments before due dates, filing of quarterly TDS returns followed by issuing TDS certificates to employees and all vendors, processing application for Lower Deduction Certificates and support in filing Form 15G and 15H. We also take up assignments for processing revised TDS returns and to do away with any TDS defaults as per TDS portal.

PROFESSION TAX

We support in obtaining PTRC and PTEC registration numbers for the clients. As well as handle monthly and annual payments for PTEC . We file the annual return for both registrations.

INCOME TAX

We aid the accountants and management in computing Advance Tax Liability and paying timely instalments, we also take up filing of annual Income Tax Returns (ITRs) and income tax planning for sole proprietors, firms and group companies.

PROVIDENT FUND

We keep the accounting team updated with various changes in the PF act ensuring the same is complied with during payments made on monthly basis. We also advise management in drafting salary structures including/excluding PF components.

OTHER STATUTORY LAWS

Providing support in registering under various statutory laws viz. FSSAI, Import Export Code, Trademarks and copyrights registrations and further to this we also take up complying with the same.

E-COMMERCE

With our expertise in E-Commerce, we have got a strong hold over TCS refunds, equalization levy compliance, Receipt and sales reconciliation for sales at various market places and various other E-commerce specific processes. Following which we also engage in process outsourcing related to operations, HR, online market channel sales reconciliation, cash flow reporting amongst many others.

On a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis we do an overview of accounts, statutory compliance health check-ups, year end accounts finalization support and liaising with the statutory auditors to bridge the gap between accounting team and auditors.

To comply with the statutory requirements or providing information/support/recommendations to the management we take up internal audits or process audits which could be for one process or for a department in which before starting we fix our targets with the management and we are expected to deliver the same in the stipulated time. Our internal audit process is well backed up with various checklists and questionnaires. We also if required going forward support the management in implementation of recommendations/suggestions of the audit. Our reports can be used by Statutory auditors while reporting on the Internal Financial Controls. 

DRAFTING SOPs & SETTING INTERNAL FINANCIAL CONTROLS

Post the analysis we set in all the required controls and also if required document the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and Internal Control over financial reporting.

Also wherein the only requirement is to draft process notes/workflows for a specific process or organisation as a whole we engage in preparing SOPs and also explaining the execution team about implementing the same.
